The screening and crushing integrated machine is mainly composed of a powerful double-toothed roller crusher and a roller screen. It is lapped with a reprinting scraper, a hydraulic self-moving tail and a belt conveyor. It is installed at the discharge port of the reprinting scraper carrier on the underground mining face of the coal mine. It has the functions of screening and crushing raw coal. It screens and then crushes the underground raw coal. The screening and crushing all-in-one machine is applied to the source of coal mining in the well to crush the raw coal, which can improve the transportation efficiency, reduce the transportation cost, and avoid the tearing and damage of the long-distance along the groove belt and the main transportation belt after it.

PCKW series slime crusher

PCKW series slime crusher is mainly composed of motor, hydraulic coupler, rotor, casing, frame, screen, hydraulic opening device and other parts. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the transmission system to beat the coal slime filter cake. The screen is located below the rotor. The coal slime filter cake interacts with the screen through the hammer head. The fine coal slime particles pass through the screen holes, and the large coal slime filter cake continues to be beaten and crushed on the screen. It is mainly used for crushing the coal slime after the ultra-high filter press in the coal washing industry.
