Block rate and final material shape control method:

● Limestone feeding control: the feeding mode adopts grid-type vibrating feeder/heavy plate feeder to feed the grid bar. Materials with particle size ≤ 300mm do not enter the primary crusher for crushing before entering the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and directly enter the first crushing grading sieve for classification after passing through the grid bar sieve. The excessive crushing of ≤ 300mm materials in the primary crushing process is avoided, and the block rate of the finished product is improved;

● Screening control before secondary crushing: the materials are classified before entering the secondary crusher for crushing and shaping, and the finished materials pass through the screening screen. After classification, it directly enters the final classification sieve for classification. The excessive crushing of the finished material in the crushing process of the secondary crusher is avoided, and the block rate of the finished product is further improved;
